tutorial 2 and other stuff!!

also, last lesson we learn to use Microsoft Project. this software supposedly helps in the work breakdown structure (WBS). this makes it easier to do scheduling and stuff.

ther are several things to do for tutorial 1

Project objectives

•  promote music
• let everyone experience different genres of music

Scope of project - im supposed to do budgeting for possible venues

Possible venues: Singapore Indoor Stadium, Fort Canning Park, Padang
As it is supposed to be a 7-day event, the cost of using any of these venues would cost probably around 1-2 million (rough estimate)

Issues that may arise

• bad weather
• crowd control issues
• availability of stars
• etc..

this was supposed to be posted when when we did lab which is on the 1st week. better late than never!
anyway this is a sketch of the stage for our pm project: International Music Festival. also my grp mates all have different music genres to take on. mine's club music(not sure what), angie chose kpop, joel take chinese and ben is country (of all things!). however, genres are subjected to changes so feel free to suggest other genres.
